Think who this will appeal to. A lot of baby boomers who work yet want healthy food would be interested.Also people with limited mobility may be a good market (depending on the cost). I think a local press release can be useful to get the word out. You can also give some talks around town on nutrition and recipes and get the word out that way.

Contacts are the most effective way to advertise. Give someone cheap low rates and all that money lost will re-inburse with a rapid flow of money. Yet, take in effect that if its fresh cooked food, dont put all your recipes out. If you just put all recipes out, then your food will get eventually boring and that rapid flow of money will lead you to bankruptcy because you by that time you will have eventually bought stuff thinking your cash flow will remain "constant." Keep some recipes out for secret weapons. Im 16, and why should you listen to me? Because I made a thousand dollar company grow to hundred thousand dollar company in just 1 year. I am a natural business man.
